JourneyDance with TROT

Saturday, April 23 | 3pm to 4:15pm | $20

TROT is excited to announce a new way to enter into “horse-time.” Freedom, self-expression, grounding, senses awakened, release, emotion–these are the gifts that are waiting for your when you come home to yourself.
The Journey Dance with Horses takes you beyond your currently interactions with Horse to an entire new area of play, exploration and joy. Horse is a river of energy, and you learn what it means to truly flow.

Creating Connection from the Ground Up

June 27 - 30 | 5pm - 6:30pm | Therapeutic Riding of Tucson

A program focused on building the self-esteem and self-image of six teens experiencing challenges in their lives. This camp will create connection from the ground up for teens experiencing grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and/or body image issues.
Creating Connection from the Ground up is facilitated by TROT’s Licensed Mental Health Professional. Cost for participants is $180 for the week.  


Taste of TROT Summer Camp

July 5 - 8; 11 - 15; 18 - 22| Therapeutic Riding of Tucson

TROT is hosting our annual Taste of TROT summer camps! This year we are expanding our summer programs offer three Taste of TROT camps catering to riders ages 8-17. Each week is filled with horsemanship, riding, and equestrian crafts.  Our camp is all inclusive for TROT riders, volunteers and their families.
Session I: July 5 – 8 | Veteran and First Responder Families
Session II: July 11 – 15
Session III: July 18 – 22
Space is limited. These camps are only open to families who are not currently participating at TROT.

HEROES, Hearts & Horses

TROT is bringing back our annual golf tournament. Join us next year for your chance to change lives one swing at a time!

Hearts & Horses is TROT’s Premiere Gala–an annual fundraiser for TROT. In 2021, HEROES, Hearts & Horses raised over $180,000 for TROT’s equine assisted programs.

Internationally recognized Natural Horsemanship Clinician and conducts clinics internationally as well as a visiting Instructor teaching courses in Natural Horsemanship for The University of Connecticut & The University of Vermont Departments of Animal Science.
